What did you do to get this issue? On friday everything was working fine, but when I was testing something on a private server of mine the game crashed and didn’t open anymore.
What server did you get this issue on? Private Server with fresh install.

Did you try to disable/uninstall your Anti-virus? Yes

Also add what you already tried so far.
Reinstalling FiveM, uninstalling antivirus, disabling Windows Defender, reinstalling GTA V, and a bunch of other minor things.
