Change the dispatch.meta

Hi,

Is it possible to change the dispatch.meta file for the server?

I tried make a resource file looking like this:

files {
‘dispatch.meta’
}

data_file ‘DISPATCH_METADATA_FILE’ ‘dispatch.meta’

But no sucsess. Is it possible?

I also tried to \citizen\common\data
