Hello,
I downloaded a car pack consisting of multiple PD vehicles ([Release] State Trooper SAHP liveries + Vehicles). I’m trying to edit the handling file, and have adjusted everything. I’ve also replaced the handling file entirely to another faster car and the speed will not change. I cannot seem to change the speed in any way shape or form, please help. It would be greatly appreciated.
