Car sound revving NON-STOP

When racing with friends, car of other players are often stuck in high RPMs. Looks like bad sound sync. Basically revving like going on 1st gear all the way to the finish.

I am using Ikt’s Manual transmission. BUT it does this even when it’s disabled in-game. Randomly appears and goes.

GTA V version? 1365.1
Up to date? Yes
Legit or Pirate copy? Legit
Steam/CD/Social Club? SC: MoravianLion
Windows version? Win 7
Did you try to delete caches.xml and try again? Yes.

What did you do to get this issue? Maybe connection with Ikt’s Manual transmission in v4.5.3?
What server did you get this issue on? My own. Not many scripts there. Just add on cars and Lambda menu

Most likely something on your end is causing this to happen. Try removing Ikt MT completely and seeing if that fixes the issue. If not, try to verify game files as well. Also, maybe server/game lag?
