Can't stream car in server, but others can

We are about 12 person on our server, 9 of them can play and get the streamed cars, but 3 of us can’t.
I tried to play on other servers and spawn these car that weren’t working on our server, and it worked.
Everytime I spawn our police cars I’ll wait maybe 3-4 seconds and then I’ll get back to windows and Fivereborn is still running and when I go back on FiveReborn the error will pop. I tried with disabling my Firewall & Anti-Virus, didn’t work. I’m on win 8.1, one is on win 10 and both it’s not working.

This probably won’t do anything but judging by how your downloads are timing out I’d say try port forwarding port 30120 on your router.

Yeah I openned both TCP UDP on port 30120, and it still does the error

Are you hosting your server from a home internet connection or a VPS/server provider?
