Can't see server list/menu

I’ve tried uninstalling and reinstalling everything, from GTA V to just FiveReborn. It does the same thing with and without LSPDFR installed in the folder. The GTAV launcher works just fine, and nothing actually crashes, I just can’t see any sort of menu or server list. I’ve disabled my firewall for it, but that didn’t do anything. Maybe I’m missing some sort of font…? I don’t know, I’ve done so much googling it’s insane. Any help or advice is greatly appreciated.

You need a clean GTA V installation to run FiveReborn. Remove all modifications.

I have a clean installation. Same problem.

The fivereborn server list is down.

I put it on a clean installation. The server list is fine for my friends, just not for me. I’ve never even seen what the damn list looks like, so it’s a local issue, not a global issue.

edit: I just updated to the newest version. I still have the same issue, except now the background is yellow. So I’ve got that going for me, which is nice.

What do you mean by screen the folders again? I’ve been having this issue for a week now and I posted about it and no one is helping me. Please elaborate a little bit more.
