i can see players on minimap and in person if they are not in car but i can’t see them when they getinto car
someplayer do loadd after like 10 15 mins but only like 1 or 2

Are you sure you are on a vanilla server?
Does this happen to every server you play on?
Are they custom cars? Bet it’s bad models
