Did you try to disable/uninstall your Anti-virus?

Also add what you already tried so far.

you typed in your username and password wrong to many times, it tells you what to do.

go to social club and click on forgot password and get it reset.

This is a social club issue as FiveM does not use accounts it uses Social Club to verify game licenses.

First error litterally tells you what to-do, login on social club, fill out the captcha and try again.
