Cant load into server fivem keeps crashing

deleted gta v and reinstalled it deleted fivem and reinstalled it deleted cache

I get this Error everytime i want to join a server

Try deleting that file, go into FiveM Application Data\citizen\platform\textures and try finding fxdecal.ytd and deleting it.
