Did you try to disable/uninstall your Anti-virus? Yes
Also add what you already tried so far: Resetting PC, reinstalling fivem
I want to add also, that whe i used to get into the server menu i would loadin to the server but not get in, it took a few attempts to get in. Now after resetting my pc i cant load fivem atall
