Also add what you already tried so far.
I tried deleting the cache file
Restarting server multiple times

Server stopped sending heartbeats and it wont show up in the server list and I can’t connect through IP.

Hi 100K,
Have you open up your routers ports which are default to 30120, if you havent opened these up then your server cant send out information about the server to fivem so wont be displayed and people cant connect, make sure you have the server set up correctly and that you are trying to get into the server by local connect which can be shown by starting fivem and going to settings and ticking local host connect and then connecting through the local connect tab

Hey, I got it fixed by putting in a license into my server.cfg, ty tho.
