Comes up with this after I’ve installed, won’t let me open it at all.

Delete %localappdata%\FiveM\FiveM.app\cache\priv or whatever your path is.
Thanks I’ve done that now, then restarted my pc and downloaded it again. However, it just caused another problem 
After it had installed, FiveM started to open but just opened onto a black screen and then came up with this error message that won’t close:
Check your game files , specially dinput8.dll
