Error screenshot (if any)
(I get stuck on the loading screen and can only access the F8 menu. Scrolling through I found only these errors)

System specifications
Intel core i7 4510U @ 2.00GHz 2.60GHz
AMD radeon r7m260 2GB
8gb ram

What did you do to get this issue?
The first time I started FiveM it worked find, I attempted to join the pHomecoming server, got stuck on it so I exited out of FiveM and it never got past the loading screen after that
What server did you get this issue on?
I tried joining the pHomecoming server: Racing
CitizenFX.log file
CitizenFX.log (39.7 KB)

.dmp files/report IDs
Couldn’t find any.
If an issue with starting:

Filepath to FiveM folder
I’m not sure I fully understand this one, FiveM simply sits on a folder on my desktop and I included the address bar in the below screenshots if that helps

Did you try to disable/uninstall your Anti-virus?
Yep, uninstalled malwarebytes and disabled windows defender, unfortunately did not help

Also add what you already tried so far.
Ok so I have deleted the priv folder and caches.xml file many times
I have deleted the citizenFX.log file several times as well
I have moved FiveM to several different file locations
And I have also reinstalled it three times, tried updating my drivers, checked if vanilla gta was working, restarted my computer several times, closed everything in the background and still no luck.
All have resulted in me opening fiveM to this screen

Note: I can still access the F8 menu and nothing else. That’s where the first screenshot came from

I am aware that my PC specs are pretty weak, although I do run vanilla gta at above 40fps at native res. Any help would be much appreciated as I was looking forward to playing FiveM for a long time.
