If you go into the resources folder in your server, you should probably be able to find it. When you find the file there should be about 3 scripts - __resource.lua, and 2 things along the lines of client.lua and server.lua. I’m pretty sure it’s in client and it should have the text there for you to change, but if not try server. Then just save the file and restart the server.
P.S. I always organise my resources folder into cars, scripts and peds - with easy names to make it easier to find files
