Can we share an Element Club licence?

Hey guys, I just want to know if I share an Element Club licence with a friend, it is a violation of TOS ? Because I want to pay half, Element Club as expensive for me…

I readed TOS and I cant see anything about Element Club :confused:

Sharing Patreon subscriptions is not allowed. Caught doing so will result in removal of the Patreon pledge and blocking of all servers involved.

What if you are part of two servers as in, owner of both? As I too am interested in this topic as like he said above not much mentioned on it?
