I exicted my FiveM last night and i have had this issue a couple times,but its only after i exit FiveM its where i click on the fivem starter and it just sites there and does nothing and the only way is to complety restart you computer, Any fix for this??
I have the same problem, would like an answer. 
Where do you have FiveM installed? Windows does some crazy things if you have it installed in “Program Files/” I installed mine in the root of “C:/” and have not had any issue.
Try this and see if it fixes it.
