[BUG] water not going away

I don’t know if this is a FiveM “BUG” but I’ve recently seen in all my servers that are running has water even though it extrasunny… I can’t get it to go away and it’s annoying!

Its a client issue not a FiveM issue, it could be weather sync issues or any custom visuals…
