[VPS Ubuntu 18.04
- Update your server
- Remove resources, usually resource cause this crash

Try disabling all resources, that will at least eliminate it being a FiveM issue.
I destart everything?
- Turn server off
- Remove resources from starting , comment them out in your
server.cfgfile. Place a#in-front of all the starts - Save
server.cfg - Start server see if it crashes
Also what’s the commands your using to start your server? Past them here 
cd /home/server/server-data
bash /home/server/run.sh +exec server.cfg
^C this happened when you pressed CTRL+C, right?

The artifact was not stable so I changed it

I normally stop the server using screen
screen -S screenname -X quit
Or
exit
When you restart your server, RESTART the whole engine and then run again (if dedicated). Try it if works
