Breaks, Stuttering, Freezes only with FIVEM

What did you do to get this issue?
It happens since I installed FiveM.
What server did you get this issue on?
All FiveM servers I’ve tried.

Deleting cache, reinstalling GTA5 and FiveM. Every time I install FiveM I get a warning that my computer doesn’t meet the minimum requirements (cause of video memory) which doesn’t make sense with a gtx 1060 6Gb. Through Nvidia panel forced the nvidia graphic card (ingame settings it shows the right Memory 6Gb and uses around 2.5 of it)
I have no mods installed on my side.
I’m going crazy with this situation, the games is unplayable like this. Can someone please help me?

The CitizenFX.log are 3 very long files.
