So I have been using Captain14’s Car packs for quite a while now, on many different servers of my own and also other peoples servers. I wanted to make them all-blue lights to suit the state that I was portraying in my old server. I though that I may as well release them so others can use them instead of having to make them and hopefully save some time. If you need help you can message me on discord at Alex E.#2872.
All you have to do is open your vehicles up in OpenIV and select edit mode in the top right. Then open the .ytd of your chosen vehicle and replace the files accordingly (This texture pack includes light textures for the FBI, Sheriff and LSPD pack).
For this to work properly you need .metas for the blue lights, you can either use this or this (Recommended).
