Ban wont expire (0.0 says for the last 2 days)

I accept I was banned, this is not me crying asking for someone to lift the ban. I was banned for 13 days 15 days ago, it has said 0.0 days for the past 2 days. What do I do?

Edit: I reinstalled the game and it works now
