System specifications
i7-9700K - GTX 1080TI - 16GB ram. This is not the issue.
What did you do to get this issue?
I open the fiveM and tryes jump a server. Thats it.
What server did you get this issue on?
All servers.

Did you try to disable/uninstall your Anti-virus?
yes allso.

Also add what you already tried so far.
Tryed all the guides you had for it. Trying to remove my 2FA - Remove the game - Remove the fiveM - Delete cache 100 times - Restart pc - remove cache and restart pc - i tryed to much i dont wanna write all.

I keep getting this failue- I can remove it sometimes by open GTA 5 Online and close it again.
It comes every day then i fixed it - by open or delete cache or somfing it comes back and back. I tryed this so many times, it must be fixed. And now i cant get it away anymore somehow. Its a pretty anoying problem.

Because it fix the texture loss ingame?

IT fixes it and improve it alot trust me. But what is this with the topic to do?.

Because one of the developers asked and i was curious on how it has any effect on texture loss.

You can run GTAV and start FiveM? Have you tried joining a localhost server?
