What did you do to get this issue?
I launched the application and after a couple of seconds it crashed
What server did you get this issue on?
Was not on a server, just the main application

Did you try to disable/uninstall your Anti-virus?

Extra: I have a VPN running in the background as I live in a 24/7 boarding school where their wifi blocks everything, except GTA V Online itself. They blocked steam so what I do is turn on my vpn get on steam turn off my vpn and go on gta v

Please disable all the software that adds an overlay to the game. Software like NVidia shadowplay, TS3, Overwolf etc.
