Did you try to disable/uninstall your Anti-virus?
I have reinstalled GTA 5 twice, deleted Fivem game cache multiple times maybe 4 times, and lastly i have completely reinstalled fivem 3 times. Fivem always worked but after the past 4 updates its been an issue. https://gyazo.com/d949f4fb32e856c75b5667e6a52d1676 Its ready but it just sites here
