Did you try to disable/uninstall your Anti-virus? yes
Also add what you already tried so far. connected directly to the main router, didnt work; openned firewall,anti virus and router ports for that server and restarted the 2 routers that I have(the main and the intermediary) a few weeks ago I resolved this stupid thing with openning the ports in the anti virus firewall but now nothing works!
