Carcols, CarVari, DLC Text, Handling, Vehicle Metas cannot be streamed via server side. These all must be client side.
All you need is the to stream the car itself which I have attached a fixed version of your resource.

Ignore what above said you can stream them. I can see what you did wrong straight away the lua files you have are named .lua.txt when it should be just .lua remove the .txt and it’ll work
