i have gta v on steam , i changed my social club account now if i join on a server i will lost my progres ?
i mean i need to start from 0 again ? or my progres was saved on my steam account ?

That depends how the server does it, most servers use your steam account. You can always ask the server owner to transfer your progress
Give the server owner / developer your new steam ID, they can then go into the database and just replace your steam ID with the new one.
