Am I able to change say how a car in game would look like. So changing like a skin on Police2 to like a sheriff skin Because I cannot find a file online with that skin i like and the car itself with the ytf files and all that. Also would this be server side or client side?
Cars, clothing, and weapon models can be streamed server side. Use the search function to find numerous topics on how to do this.
As for editing textures, take the car you want to edit, import it into OpenIV, edit the texture and export it.
