A problem with the player blips

hi, I have a problem where i join a server and the player blips do not appear, but the enchanced trainer is working correctly and i have player blips selected on. any suggestions

ScriptHook is possibly by the server? Can you open the trainer itself in that server?

yes i can open the trainer and use it
