The 2017 pack is ELS only, so it’s unlikely many servers would use it.

I use the 2017 ELS CHP addon pack, it’s on here somewhere, I’m on my phone right now, or else I would post a link here.

Hwaycar to hwaycar9 are not ELS and then Hway 10 thry 22 are ELS
