Reloading a resource used to take 3-5 seconds, it now takes 15 seconds. General server join resource loading is also slow since the 171223 update. Also previously after an individual resource reload on local host like my F1 I could push F1 and nothing would happen but once the resource had loaded F1 menu woud auto open. It doesn’t do this anymore instead taking 3 times as long and doing nothing once loaded.

Did you try to disable/uninstall your Anti-virus? No Anti-virus. I want to lag. And be part of a bot net.
