I followed the letter tuto with the flow ect …, but on the server the vehicle is always original.
Post a screenshot of your servers console.

Probably because you have restarted your PC. You received a new IP from your modem/router.
Open CMD
ipconfig
Look up IPv4 Address
That probably changed from 192.168.0.6 to something else.

Either your citmp-server.yml is incorrect or you added an invalid __resource.LUA somewhere. Please post the content of your citmp-server.yml.
